Comprehensive Consultation

In a comprehensive consultation we will work together to review the entirety of your case. We will take an in depth look at your life and health from childhood to present, identifying all the factors that led to your current health crisis. Before your appointment you will have three questionnaires and an intake form to fill out. You will notice that this is a longer set of questions than you typically fill out before consultations. The breadth and depth of this history form is essential to identifying the multiple factors that have contributed to your current health. Your thoroughness in answering all the questions will help us evaluate the root cause of your health concerns and determine what needs to be addresses. At the end of our appointment you will be equipped with resources and knowledge to know what next steps you need to take to uncover the key players involved in your health or how to address those that you already know about. Optional: Financial planning can be a part of our conversation if that is a limitation to your treatment access. Doctors and treatments for chronic diseases, for instance Lyme Disease, are not covered by insurance and can be unrealistic for many to afford. Together we can find the avenues that will allow you access to the doctors and treatment you need that fits within your budget.

Follow-Up Consultation

Follow up appointments are the right choice for you once you have an already established plan to move forward with your health. In a follow up we will focus on expanding previously discussed steps and determine any additional information, resources or needs that you have to continue to move forward in your healing. If new layers arise within your case it will be necessary to schedule a comprehensive consultation and evaluate your current needs for healing.
